TAV's four airports among Europe’s best in service quality

Izmir Adnan Menderes, Ankara Esenboga, Zagreb and Skopje airports received the prestigious Airport Service Quality award in their respective categories. Given by ACI World through passenger surveys and independent site audits, the awards will be presented in a ceremony in Krakow in September.

A member of Groupe ADP, this year TAV Airports succeeded to place four airports in its portfolio as the best in Europe in service quality. ACI World announced the ASQ survey results today. Zagreb and Skopje Airport is awarded in the category of “2-5 million passengers”, Izmir Adnan Menderes is awarded in the category of “10-15 million passengers” and Ankara Esenboga is awarded in the category of “15-25 million passengers” annually. ASQ awards are given following a survey of more than 640 thousand passengers in 91 countries.

In addition to Izmir, Ankara, Zagreb and Skopje, Muscat Airport, where TAV subsidiaries BTA and TAV O&M undertook the F&B, lounge, carpark and CIP services, received the “most improved” services award in the Middle East.
