Orientation

The main aim of the orientation program is to enable the new employee to get to know the company while adapting to his/her job as well as possible. On the first work day the newcomer receives information on corporate regulations, procedures and the corporate periodical journal NewsPORT. He/she also receives a welcome letter signed by the top management. In order to enable the employee to truly understand operations, he/she is taken on an orientation tour throughout the terminal with the related officers and informed about the main business processes. A colleague from the department will be responsible for the orientation of the newcomer and provides necessary explanations and replies to his or her questions in order to help him/her adapt to the company. Orientation trainings are held during the first week of each month at TAV. Beginners participate in development programs and awareness trainings that transfer corporate culture, basic know-how and competencies.
