Yigit Oguz Duman is appointed as TAV Airports Holding Human Resources Director
Yigit Oguz Duman has been appointed as TAV Airports Holding Human Resources Director. Also serving as General Vice President of the Personnel Management Association with 16 years of experience in change management, human resources management, industrial relations, customer service management, purchasing, administrative affairs, quality assurance practices and business law, Duman has begun serving in is new position as of October 2011.
Yigit Oguz Duman graduated from the Industrial Engineering Department at Bosphorus University in 1996. He completed post graduate studies in business administration at Koc University in 2001. Beginning his career in 1995 at Kibar Holding Inc., his responsibilities within the group, which operates in various sectors such as foreign trade, automotive, metals and food sales, included change management, human resources management, industrial relations, quality assurance practices and business law. He worked as the Human Resources Manager at Assan Aluminium and Human Resources & Administrative Director at Kibar Holding. He also served in Deputy General Managerial positions in Business Support and Customer Experience Management at Turkcell Superonline after joining the company in 2008. His responsibilities included human resources, purchasing and administrative affairs and customer experience management.
Having served in various management roles since 2001 on the governing boards of the Turkish Personnel Management Association (PERYON), a non-governmental organization at which he has been a member since 1995, Duman also acted as the president of the association between 2005 and 2010. Duman is currently serving as the Vice-President in the same association.
