TAV Operation Services’ work processes were certified by URS (United Registrar of Systems); a global third party certification and inspection agency accredited by United Kingdom Accreditation Services (UKAS) following a series of audits in terminal operations, design and development areas.
TAV Airports is responsible for generating non-aviation revenues and managing the associated services at airports operated by TAV Airports. It continues its operations through commercial activities and new projects it develops for the same purpose based on its innovative and customer oriented service mentality. Currently operating in 12 airports, TAV Operation services is responsible for the allocation of commercial areas, leasing of the advertisement and promotional areas, “primeclass” CIP Service, Private Passenger Launch operations, TAV Tourism, TAVPort, “TAV Passport” Card Membership services and publishes the Gate magazine.
