TAV Operation Services was certified for its management standards

Recognized with its high quality, comfortable and fast travelling services, TAV Operation Services was accredited with an ISO 10002:2004 certificate for its work on customer satisfaction and complaints management.

Turkey’s leading global brand in airport operations sector, TAV Airports’ subsidiary TAV Operation Services continues enhancing its mission to provide customer satisfaction oriented service as it receives its ISO 10002:2004 Customer Satisfaction and Complaints Management Standard Certificate. TAV Operation Services’ work processes were certified by URS (United Registrar of Systems); a global third party certification and inspection agency accredited by United Kingdom Accreditation Services (UKAS) following a series of audits in terminal operations, design and development areas.

TAV Airports is responsible for generating non-aviation revenues and managing the associated services at airports operated by TAV Airports. It continues its operations through commercial activities and new projects it develops for the same purpose based on its innovative and customer oriented service mentality. With a mission to develop suitable products and services accommodating the changing needs, requirements and circumstances of passengers, the company offers many services to its customers including generation of non-aviation revenues and products/services at terminals, marketing of commercial and promotional areas, improvement of boutique passenger services, customer loyalty programs, operation of CIP Launches and Travel Agency services.

TAV Operation Services who has qualified to receive the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Certificate as well back in 2011, is now committing to ensure the compliance and sustainability of its service mentality with the national and international standards by receiving the ISO 10002:2004 certificate.

Currently operating in 12 airports, TAV Operation services is responsible for the allocation of commercial areas, leasing of the advertisement and promotional areas, “primeclass” CIP Service, Private Passenger Launch operations, TAV Tourism, TAVPort, “TAV Passport” Card Membership services and publishes the Gate magazine.
