BTA, a subsidiary of TAV Airports, provides food and beverage services Food at Istanbul Atatürk and Ankara Esenboğa Airports, Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal, Antalya Gazipasa Airport in Turkey and Tbilisi and Batumi Airports in Georgia, Monastir and Enfidha-Hammamet Airports in Tunisia and Skopje Alexander the Great Airport in Macedonia. BTA offers a wide selection of world cuisine and provides 24 hours a day service to average 37.000 passengers daily at approximately 146 cafes, bars, restaurants and kiosks spread over 33 thousand square meter area across the airports. BTA has also been operating TAV Airport Hotel since May 22nd, 2004 which is located at Istanbul Ataturk Airport International Terminal. BTA has extended its service quality at international standards to Istanbul Sea Buses which provides the sea transportation in Istanbul. Since September 2011, BTA has been operating the food & beverage areas at 33 locations at seaports, on car ferries and ferries operated by IDO and which are used by 50 million passengers a year. Points operated include areas at seaports, on car ferries and ferries. The areas operated at IDO are planned to be increased to 82 by the first half of 2012. As part of these works, BTA plans to renovate all the areas and create comfortable environments for passengers. In 2006, BTA also founded Cakes&Bakes, a company producing bakery products for international coffee and fast food chains across Turkey. Today, Cakes&Bakes has become the main supplier of many leading brands in Turkey, operating from a 4.500 square meter facilities, and reached the capacity of 18 million products a year. Cakes&Bakes also exports products to Middle East and Arab Peninsula. With a product line of breads, cakes, bakery products, sandwiches and salads, Cakes&Bakes sells its products at 200 branches of popular international food and beverage chains across Turkey, BTA points, airports it operates and Cakes& Bakes cafes it opened at IDO.
