Established in 1999, BTA - subsidiary of TAV Airports - offers food and beverage services at international standards at a total of 17 airports in Turkey, Georgia, Macedonia, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Latvia as well as Istanbul Sea Buses (IDO) terminals and the new urban spots in the city.

Reinterpreting traditional dishes and service techniques in its own way, BTA with its trendsetter identity offers “first-time” experiences welcoming more than 100 thousand people daily at over 350 points on an area of 60 thousand m2.

Managing the F&B operations of Istanbul TAV Airport Hotel since May 22nd 2004, BTA has moved its high-quality service standards and know-how to the Hotel Management Industry. TAV Airport Hotel has opened its second branch in 2014 in the intersection between domestic and International terminals of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport.

Renewing all of its serving points in order to create atmospheres making passengers feel happy, it also continues to be one of the lead-players in the food and beverage industry. With the establishment of its 23 thousand m2 “Cakes and Bakes Production Facility” in 2006, BTA produces 2500 new recipes for per year, 7 million products per month, not including the manufacturing of 90 tons Turkish delight and delivers these baked good to national and international world-famous chain brands.
